Four ways to raise your vibration
- Gratitude: be thankful for what you have right now.
Think about what you are grateful for in your private life, your work life, and about yourself in the last few days. It can be small, a cup of fresh coffee in the morning, a hug of someone close to you.
If you have trouble doing this, look back 3 months ago. What are you happy about achieving in this period?
Gratitude is one of the easiest, but often overlooked ways to raise your frequency.
- Let go of the outcome of things happening.
Detach yourself from the stories in your mind. These are only put there once to protect you, but they often do not serve you anymore.
Thank your mind for sharing, then try living in the present moment. A great book teaching that concept is The Power of Now
- Surround yourself with high-vibrating persons.
Become aware of the energy levels of people surrounding you, including friends, family, and colleagues.
Raise your own energy levels by hanging out with people who vibrate highly. Choose people who are empowering, have the same morals as you, as they will lift your energy.
